Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping: 3–7 business days Express shipping: 1–3 business days Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping (Australia & Other Countries) Standard international shipping: 7–14 business days Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, "please contact us via our Contact page" and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Returned to Sender If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
